Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites St Louis Chesterfield

I liked the size of the room - it was bigger than I expected, and very clean! So was the rest of the property. There is an indoor pool at this location. The room we stayed in had a work area with a desk, modern shower and bathroom fixtures, microwave, mini fridge and wet bar, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were supplied in the shower and was complimentary. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was included and offered fresh fruit, waffles, omelets and cereal.

Everything was excellent. From the staff at check-in, until checkout, and everything in between, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Even the breakfast was delicious and changed everyday. I also enjoyed the bath products, they smelled wonderful.

Front desk staff was excellent. Carla at the front desk helped us with some things we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She also stayed after she was suppose to get off to make sure we were good when we arrived.

The gentleman at the front desk was able to fix my booking mix up that accord online through an app. He was very friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor. The room was very nice and clean. The decor and bedding made it feel very warm and inviting. Like a home away from home.
